I created FABULA in 2025 as a platform for developing new cultural projects at the intersection of art, cultural heritage, urban development, research and public engagement.
I lead FABULA's secretariat, which handles project development, partnerships, fundraising and communication, working alongside a network of artists, architects, curators, researchers and writers who bring the ideas to life. It's a structure built to combine clear project management with genuine room for artistic and interdisciplinary thinking, professional enough for funders and institutions to rely on, open enough for real experimentation.
At the core of the approach is what we call "myth as method", not folklore or fairy tales, but the shared narrative structures that help make sense of complex places, experiences and social change. This lets us work with sites, institutions and communities that hold untapped potential: buildings awaiting new use, urban spaces with untold histories, or cultural institutions looking for new formats to reach their audiences.
FABULA can deliver anything from place based cultural strategies, exhibitions and public interventions to future oriented scenario work and publications, moving from initial research through concept development to piloting and full realization.
